Spiritual Direction for
the Curious and the Awakening

Offering online and in-person spiritual direction for neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and spiritually curious seekers.

What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is a sacred space to slow down, reflect, and connect with your inner wisdom. It’s not therapy or coaching — it's a relationship of deep presence, where you're invited to explore questions of meaning, mystery, and spirit on your own terms.

You don’t need to believe any specific thing —
you just need to be curious.

Barbara Graves

I'm a certified spiritual director serving clients online and in San Marcos, Texas. I create gentle, nonjudgmental spaces for people exploring their spirituality — especially those navigating neurodivergence, queerness, or spiritual trauma.

My work is grounded in deep listening, embodiment, creativity, and the sacredness of your lived experience.
